Whopper plopper
Where to fish it?
How to fish it?
A whopper plopper is very versatile and has a great habit of floating on the pause.
The tail has a propeller that gives it its distinctive plopping noise as you retrieve it.
You can fish it simply by using a slow steady retrieve like a buzzbait. Use a long cast and slowly reel it in.
To be more creative you can use the odd twitch. See what works for you.
As long as you can hear the plopping sound you know its work.

Description:
This is a great lure for spring, summer and fall (autumn). When the bass have finished spawning and the fish move away from the banks.
It’s a medium dive so it will get you to those fish
The fall is when this SEALURER Crankbait will really shine especially in Clearwater. This lure will tell be your go-to lure right into late fall.
There are three main ways to rig a paddle tail swimbait
Slide the hook into the nose and poke the hook through the back. Make sure the bottom of the hook is against the nose.
For weedless slide the hook in the bait deep enough so the point of the hook is against the back of the lure. Similar to the Texas rig.
The last is an add-on to the exposed top hook rig. Use a screw-lock to place the treble on the bottom of the bait or thread the line through the body starting at the nose. Attached is the hook at the end.
The great thing about paddle tails is their versatility.
Where ever you want to fish they will work.
They do have situations that they are particularly good at.
The aim of all bait is to mimic the bass’s food. A paddle-tailed swimbait is irresistible.
